The average turnaround time for orders is 4 to 6 weeks once confirmed. Please ensure your order has been placed and confirmed in consideration of the turnaround and shipping time. Being mindful of this will help avoid the rush fee.

Cost of shipping is determined by client location. Client will be able to obtain pricing information prior to final price of the item. There is a RUSH FEE of $30 for the first item and then $10 additional for every other item.

If you are unable obtain your measurements, your local dry cleaners or alterations shops should be able to take them for you. For local clients (those who are in the Hampton Roads Area), measurement and alterations can be done by me in person.

If client is unable to come to me a traveling fee will be applied of $25 for local clients within Hampton Roads area.

All alterations must be local. The price of alteration must be paid and full within the initial meeting for the alteration. There is a rush fee applied for alterations that are under a week. The fee depends on how many items as well.
